  Dear Irene and Giacomo,

I just wanted to thank you both from the bottom of my heart for the beautiful handbag you sent me.

The moment I saw it, I was struck by its elegance and the incredible attention to detail. What makes it even more special is knowing that it was created with your passion, creativity, and dedication. It is a truly meaningful gift, and I already treasure it.

Congratulations on your new brand! It is clear that this is much more than a beautiful handbag—it reflects your vision, craftsmanship, and love for what you do. I sincerely wish you every success and hope your brand enjoys the long and exciting journey it truly deserves.

Thank you again for your kindness and generosity. You really made me feel so special, I will wear my bag with great joy and think of you every time I do.

Sending you both and the full family my warmest wishes and lots of love.

Grazie .
