WHY THIS NOTICE

This page describes how this website is managed as regards the processing of personal data of users who visit it. This is a notice provided pursuant to articles 13 and 14 of Regulation (EU) 679/2016, otherwise known by the acronym GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation), or pursuant to and for the purposes of Legislative Decree 1296/2003, which implemented the rules referred to in the aforementioned regulation. This regulation relates to the protection of individuals with regard to the processing and free circulation of personal data, as well as the regulation of adaptation to those who interact with the web service of the relative data controller, Miyon – di Irene Bassi, accessible electronically from the address miyon.it, which corresponds to the home page of the official website of the data controller. The Privacy Policy is provided only for the controller’s website and not for other websites which may be visited by the user through links. The Policy is also based on Recommendation no. 2/2001 that the European personal data protection authorities, united in the Group established by Article 29 of Directive no. 95/46/EC, adopted on 17 May 2001. The purpose of which was to identify some minimum requirements for the collection of personal data online and, in particular, the manner, timing and nature of information disclosures that data controllers must provide to users when they connect to web pages, regardless of the purpose of thereof.

THE DATA CONTROLLER

The data controller is Miyon- di Irene Bassi, in the person of the pro tempore legal representative, with registered office in Via Dolo 71, 30039 Paluello di Strà -VE-Italy, who also holds the role of Data Processor. PLACE OF DATA PROCESSING The processing connected to the web services of this site takes place at the aforementioned headquarters of the controller and at the operational headquarters, located in Via Dolo 71, 30039 Paluello di Strà -VE-. The processing is only handled by staff of the office in charge of the processing, who has access to the email address miyon@miyon.it. Electronic data is stored in the Infomaniak hosting server.

TYPE OF DATA PROCESSING

Navigation data – The IT systems and software procedures used to operate this website acquire, during their normal operation, some personal data whose transmission is implicit in the use of Internet communication protocols. Such information is not collected to be associated with identified data subjects but by its very nature could – through processing and association with data held by third parties – allow users to be identified. This category of data includes IP addresses or domain names of computers utilised by users connecting to the website, addresses in Uniform Resource Identifier (URI) notation of the resources requested, the time of the request, the method utilised to submit the request to the server (success, error and so on) and other parameters relative to the operating system and computer environment of the user. The data is utilised for the sole purpose of obtaining anonymous statistical information about the utilisation of the site and to check its proper functioning before being deleted immediately after processing. The data could be used to ascertain liability in the event of any computer crimes against the website: currently, except for this possibility, data concerning web contacts are not stored for more than seven days. Data provided voluntarily by the user The optional, explicit and voluntary sending of emails to the addresses indicated on this site, or the insertion by the user of the data in the contact form, for the purpose of purchase, entails the subsequent acquisition of such data, necessary to respond to requests, process them and to allow the purchase and shipment of products. We collect or gather directly from the user/customer the name, surname, address, email, telephone number, any company name and VAT number, the billing address and the shipping address, the purchase data, such as the order number, details on the goods purchased, data on the means of payment, communications and messages in relation to purchases (e.g. withdrawal declarations, complaints and communications to customer service), supply and payment status, return status and data on third party service providers involved in the execution of the contract (in the case of mail order it could be the shipping number of the courier service), as well as the payment data, such as the IBAN and the BIC, or account number and the bank code, as well as the credit card or PayPal service data. PURPOSE OF PROCESSING

The processing is aimed at the request for contact by the user who accesses the site, to complete the purchase contract, to receive orders and ship the products purchased and/or send commercial communications, newsletters, billing or information documents, or, mainly, to keep the purchase contract stipulated in all its aspects respected.

PROCESSING METHODS

The processing is carried out through operations conducted with the aid of electronic instruments and consists in the collection, registration, organisation, retention, consultation, processing, modification, selection, extraction, comparison, utilisation, interconnection, blocking, communication, erasure and destruction of data. Processing is carried out by the Data Controller and the appointed persons expressly authorised by the Data Controller, for the time strictly necessary to achieve the purposes for which such has been collected. Specific safety measures are observed to prevent data loss, unlawful or incorrect utilisation and unauthorised access.

DISCLOSURE OF DATA

The Data Controller and Data Processors may become aware of the contents of the data subject to processing. The details may also be communicated to internal or external collaborators, such as accounting, logistics and technical companies, payment service providers, warehouses, packaging and order shipping businesses. The aforementioned navigation data can be partially processed on the systems of the provider Google LLC (currently Google Analytics, Google Conversion Tracking, Google Ads and Zendesk Inc.), which in any case, declare using systems that offer guarantees of compatibility with respect to the GDPR and the legislation pertaining to the protection of personal data. Finally, the data may be communicated to the competent authorities upon request and in compliance with obligations arising from legal regulations.

RIGHTS OF THE DATA SUBJECT

The data subject has the right: – to access, rectify, cancel, limit and oppose the processing of data; – to obtain without hindrance from the data controller the data in a structured format of common use and readable by an automatic device to transmit them to another data controller; – to revoke the consent to the processing, without prejudice to the lawfulness of the processing based on the consent acquired before the revocation; – propose a complaint to the Authority for the Protection of Personal Data. This Privacy Policy can be automatically accessed by the latest browsers implementing the Platform for Privacy Preferences Project (P3P) standard proposed by the World Wide Web Consortium (www.w3c.org). Every effort shall be made to render the functionality of this website as interoperable with the automatic privacy control mechanisms available in certain products utilised by the users. Considering that the state of improvement of the automatic control mechanisms does not currently make them free from errors and malfunctions, it is specified that this document, published at the address constitutes a “Privacy Policy” which will be subject to updating.
